One-on-one coaching can be in person or virtual. It is a customized training and nutrition protocol specific to the client’s goals.
*all nutrition programs are a 4-month minimum commitment.

Personal Training
This option allows you to buy up personal training sessions for in person training (located in Lehi utah). Personal training sessions can be used if you feel you need help with form on any specific exercises, if you just need general training for all exercises, or if you feel you need a little extra motivation to get a good workout in.
Pricing
$45 for a single-person session
$25 per person for group sessions of up to two people.
Training Plans
These goal-specific programs are downloadable PDFs. Each exercise is linked to a youtube tutorial to help you perfect your form. All programs have progressive overload and include deloads to help you maximize results. They also include instructions on how to calculate your own macros to help you align your nutrition with your training.
