What Is FX Nutrition & Fitness?

We create customized nutrition and training programs for body composition goals. Our areas of focus are hypertrophy training and fat loss.

How do I start?

You can schedule your first appointment or set up a free intro from the form above or following this link. The free intro is an opportunity to see exactly what we can do for you and to help you know if we would be a good fit for your needs.

How long will it take to see results?

Everyone is different and we can’t accurately predict how long it’ll take for clients to see results. However, we require a minimum of 4 months to develop tailored programs that ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes.

Is it for beginners?

Yes, we take clients of all stages! Beginners to Intermediates to advanced. The programming is changed per client level. 

Do I need equipment?

All home clients will need some level of exercise equipment to complete home workouts. This generally includes: weights, Bands, a ball or a bench, and ankle straps. Most gym workouts do not need extra equipment, but we do have some suggested equipment for gym goers that may make the workouts more effective.

Is a gym membership needed?

Nope! Every single program written is individual specific and that includes specific to the equipment that they have available. A gym membership is not necessary.
