The correlation between nutrition and fitness has always been fascinating to me. Unfortunately, in high school, I let food control my habits leading to a disorder. That was the moment I became committed to understanding how I can manipulate nutrition and training to always be in control.
I began my journey by obtaining my first certification in personal training through NASM. One year later, I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. In the years that followed, I acquired seven additional certifications in nutrition and personal training, including some of the top certifications in the country for Biomechanics, Nutrition & Program Design, and Recovery.

My passion is working with clients to help them achieve a range of short & long term goals. Each night, I continue my education to stay at the cutting edge of science and incorporate it into my own training regimen as well as personalize programs for my clients’ needs. I want to show each individual that they have the power to take control of their body and that there are healthy and realistic paths to achieving their goals.

Everybody is different. I have spent a lot of time and money researching how to create effective programs for various clients specific to them.
I welcome change.
I believe in always being a student. My philosophies change, my approach is always modifying, and sometimes I change my mind about something I have believed for years. Exercise and nutrition are evolving fields, and I am constantly researching to understand current methods and studies to make sure I give my clients the most up to date programming I can. – individualized, customized to individual needs, personable
